History of the Mystery
Lymphatic therapy, also known as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), was pioneered by Danish Drs. Emil Vodder and his wife Estrid the 1930’s.
Beginning their work on patients with sinus problems, and developing gentle massage techniques to benefit a multitude of health conditions, their legacy now spans the world as thousands of therapists have been trained to assist others with their specialized skills.
Many competent doctors and researchers have built upon the Vodder’s work, but the Dr. Vodder School is still considered the Gold Standard of training in Lymphatic Therapy.
